Quality Improvement Coord.

Part Time (32 hours/week; schedule TBD)Perform research to determine best practices for referrals.  Develop Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles to establish a procedure to transfer laboratory data; draft initial PDSA designed to increase the number of tests performed; implement PDSA cycles.  Generate various reports from practice management system.  Implement training programs for referrals for PAP tests.

Requirements:  Associates degree with 2 or more years experience in clinical setting, computer experience, competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database programs.  Ability to interface with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.  Ability to work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds and within the constraints of government funded programs.  Effective verbal and written communication.
