Outreach Worker

Full Time (M-F 8am-5pm) flexible schedule

Perform direct outreach to target population as listed on program grant and/or as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:  High school graduate or equivalent.  Basic knowledge and awareness of target population.  Required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.  Basic computer knowledge.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally with target population and VCC staff.  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance.  Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.   Bilingual English/Spanish.
