Total Quality Manager

Position Description: Under the supervision of the Medical Director coordinates all activities related the San Ysidro  Health Center Total Quality Management program.  Coordinates and conducts all aspects of the TQM program including but not limited to the following: Federal, State and County chart audits; Internal and external peer reviews; Drug utilization reviews.  Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:  LVN or post High School Vocational/Specialized training or equivalent formal education in health care administration.  CA driver’s license with appropriate automobile insurance. 4 years of experience in healthcare or related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills; organization and project management skills.  Bilingual (Spanish/English). Excellent computer skills including data base management (Access preferred), spread sheet and word processing.
