ENCINITAS
Follow registration procedures to prepare patient for medical visit. Assure that excellent customer services are extended to all patients at all times. Pull and file medical records charts. Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing procedures, including but not limited to ICD9 and CPT codes. Basic Math and reading skills. High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum 6 months experience as Medical Receptionist or customer service representative. Some data entry training.
