Oversees back office staffing for the efficient and effective patient flow in the health center. Supervises Medical Assistants in the delivery of quality medical care with optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction. Prepare patients, perform laboratory procedures, and dispense and administer medication as needed. Oversees referral specialist and case management. Follows medical protocols and administrative procedures. Triage walk-ins and emergencies.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent degree. Current California Registered Nurse License. Preferred five years experience in a medical office or community clinic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Current CPR Certificate. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
